✦ Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Please note that weekends, holidays, and studio closure days are not included in processing times.
Some products may ship directly from our manufacturer and can arrive separately from in-stock studio items. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered.
If your order includes a backordered item, we’ll email you with an estimated ship date. You’ll have the option to wait, swap, or cancel that item.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Orders are shipped via USPS or similar carriers with tracking provided once your order ships.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate at checkout, with free shipping offered on qualifying orders.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
✦ Local Pickup
Live in Anchorage? Eligible in-stock products may qualify for Studio Pickup at checkout.
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions. Pickup is available during select studio days and hours unless otherwise noted.
Please note that products shipping directly from our manufacturer are not eligible for local pickup and may arrive separately from studio-stock items.
✦ Delays During Sales or Holidays
During promotional periods, launches, or holidays, please allow additional time for processing and fulfillment.
As a small business, orders are packed with care and may take a little longer during high-volume periods. We truly appreciate your patience and support.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
✦ Tracking & Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
While we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered, we’ll always do our best to help if an issue comes up.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as Aura & Sol Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
✦ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
✦ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of professional skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
