At Aura & Sol Aesthetics, every order is packed with care and intention. Due to the nature of professional skincare products, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

 


✦ Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested skincare and beauty products due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

If your item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery approval. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

✦ Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


✦ Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare items

  • Custom kits or curated bundles

  • Sale items or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or backordered items

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
